1. Service-Based Nature

Our services are primarily consultation, diagnosis, and support-based. Once a service has been delivered, refunds are generally not applicable.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:
• Payment was charged incorrectly
• Service was not delivered at all
• Duplicate payment was made


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:
• The issue was caused by user error
• Hardware failure beyond repair was identified
• Instructions were provided but not followed
• Service was already completed


4. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion. Requests should include payment proof and a clear explanation.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
